Enterprise

Organization, department, then project.

Harbor holds Platform, Payments, and Documentation. People and grants sit on the project. Changes write an audit trail on the server. Sign-in, sessions, and roles stay with the product service.

Structure

Lists, members, and grants live on the project.

That is the tree the product stores: organization, then department, then project. Slugs are derived from names unless an administrator edits them. Harbor on this page is the sample tenant used in the previews.

Access

Roles are scoped to the project.

Built-in roles are admin, member, limited member, and guest. Guests do not open the board. Members edit tasks. Workflow, people, and most settings stay with admin. The matrix covers board, roadmap, reports, knowledge, workflow, and people. Custom role profiles can refine it.

Programs

The same task model as the backlog grows.

Large programs stay on the same records across list, board, and reports. Workload bars show Sprint 18 allocation before hours slip. There is no second system for the plan.

Authentication

The product app shows. The product service decides.

Sign-in, sign-out, secure session cookies, project roles, integration credentials, and the audit log live on the product service. The marketing site does not issue sessions or hold workspace data.

This page does not claim third-party security certifications.

Audit

The item shows the change. The server keeps the record.

Priority changes, Git links, and mentions are visible on the task. Platform actions write an audit trail the product service stores. The browser is not the system of record.

Languages

English, Arabic, French, Portuguese, and Italian.

This marketing site and the workspace ship the same five locales. Arabic is right-to-left. Switching language here is the same set the product UI uses.

The Harbor tree beside this copy is the same diagram, with chrome flipped for right-to-left. Sample titles stay English.

A shared list is a grant, not a public board.

Someone can follow that list as a viewer, commenter, or guest without opening every project surface.
