Straight answers about the workspace.
Views
Can the same task show on board, list, mindmap, calendar, and roadmap?
Yes. Those surfaces share one record. Change status on the board and the list, mindmap, calendar, and roadmap reflect the same work — not a copy.
How deep can subtasks go?
Three nested levels under a root task. A fourth level is not allowed — the product blocks create and move when that would exceed the limit, and “add subtask” is hidden at the deepest level.
Planning
How do roadmap, sprints, and releases relate to the backlog?
They share the same tasks and dates. A roadmap bar, a sprint backlog item, and a release window are not separate plans — they are schedule and views on the work.
Where do knowledge, dashboards, and reports live?
Knowledge articles stay with the project. Dashboards and reports pull from the same backlog — remaining work, load, and flow — not a slide rebuilt for leadership.
Can requests arrive through intake forms?
Yes. A public intake form can create a task on a project list without a workspace login. Workflow rules can assign, notify, or clear remaining hours when status changes.
Configuration
Can we customize fields, statuses, workflow, and cards?
Yes. Project settings hold custom fields, statuses, workflow rules, and the card designer in one hub — so how work looks and moves is project-owned.
How is the workspace structured?
Organization → department → project. Lists, people, and permissions live on the project. See Enterprise for structure and roles.
Who can see and change what?
Access is scoped to the project. Guests, members, and admins have different rights — for example, only admins manage workflow and people. Shared lists can grant viewer, commenter, or guest access without opening every project surface.
Can we connect Git to a task?
Yes. Connect repositories such as GitHub or GitLab and keep the pull request, branch, and checks on the task. More version-control connections are added over time. Contact us if your stack is not listed yet.
Collaboration
Do fields stay live while others edit?
Yes. People already looking at a task see field updates as others edit. If you go offline, those edits wait and apply when you reconnect.
Can we share a task list with someone outside the project?
Yes. A shared list can be opened by a viewer, commenter, or guest without every project surface. Access is granted per list — it is not a public internet board.
How do people hear about mentions and status changes?
A notification bell in the product, plus email when the organization has email enabled. People can mute notifications from their profile. Workflow rules can also notify a role when status changes.
Which languages does the product support?
English, Arabic (right-to-left), French, Portuguese, and Italian — the same five languages as this marketing site. Sample preview titles on these pages stay English.
Account & plans
How do people sign in?
Sign-in lives on the product app. People use the credentials their organization issued — an invite, or self-serve registration when that is enabled. This marketing site does not host your workspace.
Where are the plans, seats, and prices?
Public plans, per-seat prices, and a seat calculator are on the Plans page. Contact sales or see Plans for the live catalog.
How do we get started?
Request a workspace, or sign in if your organization already has one. Contact sales when an administrator needs provisioning or a walkthrough.
Can we switch from another tracker?
Project settings include import for common tools, and that catalog grows over time. For a full migration, talk to sales — we help map your stack.
The workspace includes a keyboard-shortcut catalog and a help modal. This site does not dedicate a page to them.
Need a workspace for your organization?
Request one, or sign in if your organization already provisioned it.
